Returns & Refunds Policy

At Belvedere Farms, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully.
1. Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of fresh poultry products, we cannot accept returns once products have been delivered.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit/refund.
3. Frozen/Packaged Products
For frozen or packaged poultry (retail packs):

Returns may be accepted if items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Belvedere Farms reserves the right to deny refunds if products are not returned in acceptable condition.
