Belvedere Farms brings to my kitchen healthy organic chicken with no chemical boosting or harmful 'quick growing' products. Makes all my dishes taste Devine. Im currently seasoning some drumsticks and thighs for a good old Caribbean Curry!

We have been really impressed with the quality and flavour of their locally farmed chicken. It’s a big step up from imported options. We mainly use it for private caterings and custom menus where we need consistent, top-quality and it has never let us down. While it does cost slightly more than the imported chicken, the value is absolutely there. As we update our menu, we’re looking forward to using it in more dishes across all our locations.
